Timetable
Professors propose weekly slots. Department clerks approve them. The academic calendar decides which dates run, so attendance follows the live timetable.
Live today: professor Schedule, clerk Schedule Approval, and Academic Calendar with day substitutions.
The path on the live product, not a brochure funnel.
Calendar
The clerk sets working days, holidays, exams, and day substitutions before term starts.
Propose
A professor fills subject, course, group, and room on an empty weekly slot.
Pending
New or changed slots stay pending. They are not live for attendance yet.
Approve
The clerk reviews each slot and approves, or rejects with a required note.
Live
Approved slots drive lecture sessions on working and substituted dates.
Sidebar Schedule opens the weekly grid. Subject type, course, group, subject, and optional room go in before submit.
The slot shows as pending until the clerk acts. Editing an approved slot typically returns it to pending and needs approval again.
Department clerks open Schedule Approval, filter to Has pending, and review subject, group, day, hour, and room.
Approve when the slot is correct. Reject with a clear note (clash, wrong group, room) so the professor can fix without another meeting.
Clerks set date, day type, and optional Follows weekday when a Saturday should run Monday's timetable.
Department rows override college-wide rows for the same date. Attendance and session generation depend on this calendar staying current.
Lecture sessions appear for working and substituted dates against approved slots. The Attendance hub reads those sessions, not a side register.
No approved slot means no reliable session. Fix schedule and clerk approval first, then mark attendance against the day the college already published.
