Clerk

The daily lists, from the same record.

A department clerk maintains subjects, clears the timetable approval queue, keeps the academic calendar honest, and exports attendance the department can stand behind.

Morning

What they see

The dashboard they open first, grounded in the live product.

  • Subject manager

Create and edit subjects with code, type, load, marks, and credits. Archive what should leave active lists.

  • Schedule approval

Filter professors with pending slots. Approve what is correct. Reject with a required note when the group, room, or clash is wrong.

  • Attendance export

Pick course, semester, and percentage threshold. Download the spreadsheet the department already trusts.

Relief

What they stop chasing

They stop rebuilding subject lists, timetable grids, and attendance sheets in separate files.

Day

How the day runs

A concrete path through the live product, not a brochure funnel.

  1. Keep subjects current

Open Subjects. Create or edit theory, practical, and tutorial records so professors and assessments hang off the right codes.

  2. Clear the approval queue

Open Schedule Approval. Prefer Has pending. Approve live slots; reject with a note the professor can fix without another meeting.

  3. Hold the calendar

Working days, holidays, and day substitutions stay with the clerk. Attendance sessions follow that calendar.

  4. Export when asked

Download the attendance percentage report for a course and semester. The export is the same record professors marked.
