About
The system an institution runs on.
Spanworth holds the people, the day, the fees, and the approvals in one record. It is in daily use, and it is built so other colleges can run on it too.
Product
What Spanworth is
One record for the stretch a college already lives.
Spanworth is the system an institution runs on. Admissions and student records, timetable, attendance, marks, fees, scholarships, penalties, payment claims, hostel, leave, and approvals sit together.
Principals, accounts, professors, clerks, and students each see the part of that span they are responsible for. The offices stop keeping parallel books.
Origin
Built beside a live campus
The product grew inside real operations, not a pitch deck.
Spanworth was shaped alongside the daily work of an active engineering college. Clerks, accounts, and heads used the same flows the marketing site describes.
Features land when the campus needs them. A parent portal, alumni, transport, and payroll stay off this site until they are live.
Span
Why the whole institution in one span
A span is the stretch from one end to the other.
A student term, a college day, every office that touches them. Worth is what that stretch amounts to: who is here, what is owed, what was earned, what was approved.
When fees, attendance, and timetable live in separate tools, the college cannot see what the place amounts to. One record makes that stretch readable.
Live today
What a college can already run
Admissions and student records. Class, practical, and tutorial timetables with approval. Theory and practical attendance against the real schedule. Marks and rubrics. Dynamic fees, scholarships, and penalties. Payment claims matched to bank statements. Hostel rooms and residents. Leave. Roles and an audit trail.
That is the indexed product today. The house line can hold longer spans later. Those pages wait until the work is real.
