Payments
Students submit a fee claim with amount, mode, reference, and proof. Accounts review the queue, upload the bank statement, and reconcile the deposit.
Live today: student Payments claims, Accounts Payments review, Bank Statements upload, and Reconciliation.
The path on the live product, not a brochure funnel.
Claim
The student picks the semester fee record, enters amount and mode, and submits a reference with receipt when asked.
Queue
Accounts opens Payments, filters the claim, and checks amount, mode, reference, and receipt.
Statement
Accounts uploads the bank export. Parsed rows become the deposit lines to match.
Match
High-confidence matches enter a ratify queue. Unclaimed deposits and unmatched claims stay for manual link.
Record
Approve, reject, or send back with a remark. The student sees status on the same claim.
Payments opens a new claim against the current semester fee record. Amount, date, payer, mode, and UTR or UPI reference go in with a receipt when the mode requires it.
Use the reference on the bank or UPI receipt so auto-matching can work. Status moves through pending, under review, approved, or rejected, with Accounts remarks on the detail page.
The Payments list filters by status, semester, batch, course, or date. Open a claim to check amount, mode, reference, receipt, and any matcher suggestion.
Approve, reject, or request more information with a clear remark. Prefer reconciling against a bank row when the claim should match a deposit.
Bank Statements accepts the configured bank export. Reconciliation shows suggested matches, weak hits, mismatches, and unclaimed deposits.
A tuition claim of ₹42,000 for Semester 3 meets a same-day bank line of ₹42,000. Accounts matches and approves. The deposit is reconciled; the side spreadsheet is not the record.
