Professor

The day they teach, in one login.

A professor proposes timetable slots, marks attendance on approved sessions, enters assessment marks, and runs mentor or coordinator duties from the same account.

Morning

What they see

The dashboard they open first, grounded in the live product.

  • The schedule they proposed

Add weekly slots for subject, group, and room. New or changed slots stay pending until the department clerk approves them.

  • Attendance on live sessions

The Attendance hub lists sessions tied to approved slots on working days from the academic calendar. Mark present and absent there.

  • Marks and duties

Enter marks on assessment instances. Mentor groups, course-coordinator subjects, and viva duty use the same login when assigned.

Relief

What they stop chasing

They stop keeping a private attendance book or marks sheet beside the official record.

Day

How the day runs

A concrete path through the live product, not a brochure funnel.

  1. Settle the timetable

Open Schedule. Fill an empty slot. Wait for clerk approval before expecting that class in the Attendance hub.

  2. Mark the session

Pick the date and the approved lecture. Save attendance against the students already on the group.

  3. Enter the marks

Open Classes, then Assessments. Fill columns on the instance the course coordinator created. Aggregates follow the format rule.

  4. Run mentor or coordinator work

Refresh registration codes for mentees and verify semester registrations. Open Course Coord or Viva Duty when those assignments apply.
