Attendance
Professors mark present and absent from lecture sessions tied to approved slots. Clerks download the percentage report for a course without rebuilding the register.
Live today: professor Attendance hub by session, and clerk Attendance export to spreadsheet.
The path on the live product, not a brochure funnel.
Calendar
Only working and substituted dates behave as expected for sessions.
Slot
The session must match an approved timetable entry for that professor.
Mark
Open Attendance, pick the date and session, then set each student.
Save
Re-open later to correct marks while editing is still allowed.
Export
Clerks select course, semester, and percentage threshold, then download the report.
Sidebar Attendance lists sessions for the date you taught. Prefer this hub over inventing hours by hand.
Select the session that matches your approved slot. Mark students present or absent, save, and return later to edit while the department still allows it.
Attendance follows the timetable the clerk already approved, and the calendar the clerk already set.
Holidays and day substitutions are owned in Academic Calendar. If the session is missing, fix Schedule and Schedule Approval first. Do not double-mark on a legacy Classes path when the hub is available.
Department clerks open Attendance, choose course and semester, set a percentage threshold, and download the .xlsx report.
This is an export tool, not the marking hub. Professors own the session marks. Clerks take out what already sits on the college record.
