Terms
Use of this website.
These terms cover the Spanworth website. They are not the agreement a college signs to run the product.
Site
What these terms cover
By using spanworth.com and the pages linked from it, you agree to these website terms. The content describes a live product. It is not a public offer of price, hosting, or service levels.
Form
A demo or contact request
Sending the form asks for a conversation.
It does not create an account, a price, a license, or a contract. Until a demo or contact inbox is connected, the form is checked and then dropped.
Do not send passwords, full student records, or other sensitive college data through the public form.
Product
When a college runs Spanworth
The product is used when a college agrees. That agreement, including access, data handling, and support, is not these website terms.
Marketing pages name only live capabilities. Roadmap areas stay off indexed feature pages until they exist.

Changes
