What this site collects
Only what you send, and what your browser keeps locally.
Demo and contact ask for a name, role, college, phone, city, and what you want to see. The server checks those fields before anything else happens.
While the demo or contact inbox has no address, the details are not stored and are not emailed. A successful check is not a message delivered.

A saved light or dark choice is kept in this browser under the key spanworth-theme. It is not sent to Spanworth servers.
Campus App
Spanworth Campus ERP app
A direct window into your institution's systems, not a data collector.
Spanworth does not collect, harvest, or store login credentials, user profiles, or activity internally on Spanworth servers. We do not maintain a central database of app users.
All data belongs strictly to the respective college and is stored inside that institution's internal database. When students, faculty, or staff sign in, authentication happens directly with their college's servers.
The app has no features to collect payments, process financial transactions, or serve commercial third-party content. It simply presents the academic, attendance, fee, and administrative records provided by the institution.
All information shown for any logged-in user is supplied directly by their college and remains the property of that college. Any data corrections, profile updates, or record revisions are handled directly by the college administration.
Data Protection
No data sharing or selling
Your personal and academic records are never monetized or shared.
Spanworth does not sell, rent, lease, or share user information with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or commercial partners.
We do not use student or staff data for profiling, targeted advertising, behavioral marketing, or secondary commercial purposes. Because user records do not belong to a Spanworth database, we have no right, intention, or mechanism to share or monetize them.
Data accessed during an active session exists solely to render authorized information on the user's screen and is never transmitted to outside entities.

College data in the product
When a college runs Spanworth, student and staff records live under that college's agreement and access model. Roles and permissions limit who can see and change a record.
